Located in the eastern Cincinnati suburb of Anderson Township, Stonegate is a 150-unit expansion of a successful apartment complex built by the same developer in the late 1970s.  The new project includes 14 separate buildings containing a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units. It also included a new clubhouse and upgrades to the pool and common recreational areas.

The challenging 21-acre site lent itself to the planning and development of three independent and distinct building zones. Different styles of buildings and apartment plans were designed for each of the three zone in order to attract and respond to different tenant profiles.

Overall site amenities and landscaping were resigned in both the old and new development. The new landscaping design includes a storm-water retention pond which was developed into a water feature.
